An Exercise Physiologist provides clinical exercise programs and health education for rehabilitation, chronic disease management and prevention. We aim to enable those with disabilities or ongoing health concerns to reach their optimal physical function and therefore improved quality of life.
Who can benefit from Exercise Physiology:
A person of any age wanting specific guidance from an exercise expert in relation to an injury or chronic condition, such as those with;
