Programming Schedule

The Programming Schedule is a comprehensive guide to group fitness and training classes offered at 
Boroondara Sports Complex and connected facilities.

Classes are grouped according to their category of programming. This makes it easier to find classes which meet your personal training plan and meet your schedule. It can be accessed via:

  • Printed brochures can be collected from reception.
  • Access digital PDF versions of the single centre and group brochure.
  • Digital version below without the category grouping.

Health and Wellness members receive unlimited access otherwise casual group fitness pass must be purchased.

Please note:

  • All Group Fitness classes have a maximum number of participants able to attend. Due to OH&S we cannot let any participants into the class after the maximum number has been reached. To ensure that you are permitted entry to the class, please arrive at least 5-10mins prior to the class commencing.
  • Boroondara Leisure and Balwyn Precinct Health & Wellness Members are entitled to access ALL classes on the timetable.
  • Please see reception for details on all membership options.
  • Participants must obtain a ticket from reception for all classes.
  • Late entry to a class (more than 5 mins after commencement) is not permitted.
